Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BlessForward (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, donors, and ministry creators who access or use BlessForward.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a BlessForward account or process payments through the Platform. By using BlessForward, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

The Platform

BlessForward is a giving platform that enables donors to support faith-driven ministry creators. We provide tools for creating a public giving page, receiving donations, and managing payouts through Stripe Connect. BlessForward is a technology platform only — we are not a registered charity, nonprofit, or financial institution.

Gifts made through BlessForward are contributions to individual ministry creators, not to BlessForward Inc. Donors should consult a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any gift.

Creator Accounts

As a ministry creator on BlessForward, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your ministry
• Use the Platform only for legitimate, faith-driven ministry purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing charitable solicitation in your jurisdiction
• Complete Stripe's identity verification process to receive payouts
• Not use the Platform to collect funds for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is being used in a manner inconsistent with the Platform's faith-driven mission.

Donations & Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a gift through BlessForward, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. BlessForward does not store payment card information.

All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon in writing by both BlessForward and the relevant ministry creator. If you believe an error occurred with your donation, contact us at info@blessforward.app.

Platform Fees

BlessForward operates on a freemium model. Free accounts are subject to a platform fee applied to each successful donation. Pro accounts pay no platform fee. In all cases, standard Stripe payment processing fees apply. Fee rates are displayed at the time of subscription and may be updated with advance notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any ministry
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Use the Platform to solicit funds for purposes unrelated to genuine ministry work

Intellectual Property

The BlessForward name, logo, and all Platform content created by us are our property and may not be used without our prior written permission. Content you upload to your giving page (ministry descriptions, photos, etc.) remains your property; by uploading it, you grant us a limited license to display it on the Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BlessForward is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlessForward and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of donations, data, or revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of platform fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
